Information we use

When you sign in with Google, we receive your account identifier, name, email address, email verification status, and profile image when supplied. Authentication records and session cookies keep you signed in. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail messages, contacts, or Google Drive files.

When you book, we store your name, email, phone number, session details, notes, prices, discounts, payment status, and Stripe checkout reference. We also store reward points, personal discount codes, and any promotional communication preferences you submit. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in booking notes.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes card payments on its checkout page. This website does not store your full card number or security code. Google provides sign-in, and Cloudflare hosts the website, database, and portfolio images. These providers process information needed to deliver their services and may process technical information such as IP addresses and request information.

How information is used

We use information to manage accounts, reserve sessions, verify deposits, coordinate bookings, maintain rewards, respond to requests, and protect the website. Promotional preferences are optional and separate from booking. If promotional sending is enabled, contact details and message content are shared with the sending provider for the channel you selected.

Your choices

You can update promotional preferences on the website. Promotional emails include an unsubscribe link; promotional texts, when enabled, include opt-out instructions. You can revoke Google access through your Google account settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete existing booking records.

Contact skishotit@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records needed for existing bookings, payment disputes, or applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Storage and security

Account and booking records are retained for operating the service and handling related requests and obligations. We use HTTPS, restricted owner access, and protected service credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security. Portfolio images published on the website are publicly accessible.
