Booking terms

Updated September 29, 2026

These terms describe bookings made through Rawvisualzs. Contact skishotit@gmail.com with questions before booking.

Your session

Review the package, date, time, price, and balance shown before checkout. Session times are Eastern time in Boynton Beach, Florida. Bookings require at least 24 hours’ notice and are confirmed after payment verification. The studio will coordinate the exact meeting location with you.

Deposit and balance

A $20 non-refundable deposit reserves your session and is credited toward its total. The remaining balance shown at checkout is due at the session. Contact the studio about cancellation or rescheduling requests; submitting a request does not automatically change a booking. Nothing in these terms limits rights or refunds required by applicable law.

Packages and delivery details

The selected package specifies the session duration and price. Contact the studio before booking to confirm any requested location, editing, image quantity, delivery timing, or other services not specified in the package.

Discounts and rewards

One eligible discount code may be used per booking. FIRST10 offers 10% off an eligible first booking. Personal reward codes belong to the signed-in account and cannot be shared. Discounts do not remove the required $20 deposit. Points are awarded after the session is completed and the remaining balance is settled; reward requirements appear on the rewards page.

Your account

Provide accurate contact and booking information and protect your Google account. Contact the studio if you notice an incorrect or unauthorized booking. The privacy policy explains how account and booking information is handled.
